Yarde had his moment in the 8th but looked inexperienced for the most part. Are muscular guys vulnerable to stamina issues? Not sure if it is actually a scientific fact!Comment

2019 is putting a HUGE amount of expectation on Tyson Fury.
Especially if his cousin loses next weekend. Many see him as the Last Brit Standing at HW, the only obstacle standing between Wilder and Undisputed.
That is a lot of mental pressure weighing down on one man. This might push Fury to his absolute limits. Either it motivates him to go up to a new level or he breaks and crumbles apart on fight night.Last edited by SN!PER; 08-24-2019, 03:44 PM.Comment

Don't know if you're joking because of how often sports commentators bring it but but in case you're not joking, yea, it's a detriment. It'e because those muscles require more oxygen. Not only does this tax the respiratory system, but something a lot of fans don't know is that it hurts the brain too. It's very hard to think quickly and clearly when you're brain is deprived of oxygen because the muscles are competing with it. That's why guys who don't take damage but punch themselves out look dazed and ******. They can't think clearly when gassed.Comment

If bragging made you the best then Fury is the best. If you have to prove it in the ring by beating the best he never dd that and beating up on guys nobody ever heard of is proving nothing. AJ was the number 1 guy with most of the belts. Fury had years to fight AJ but never even tried. Ruiz jumped at the chance to fight AJ and he beat him. Fury gets no credit for what Ruiz did. Ruiz and Wilder are the champs and Fury is champ of nothing right now. If he wants to be number 1 he has to fight the other champs and beat them. Beating Wlad years ago doesn't make him number 1 today. He might be the best heavyweight but he must prove it in the ring against the champions.Comment

I was reading up on it recently and some of the points you are making seem pretty valid but Joshua and Yarde seem to gas out much quicker than a lot of other muscular dudes. These guys seem winded very early in fights. If it is the "larger muscles require more oxygen" then these guys should try a different conditioning program. Obviously genetics play a huge part but why put yourself at such a disadvantage? Personally I believe that there are other factors as well. Anxiety and improper breathing can tire you out as well!Don't know if you're joking because of how often sports commentators bring it but but in case you're not joking, yea, it's a detriment.
