big amount of guys out of Montreal (Beterbiev, Alvarez, Pascal, Lemieux, Stiverne Plus former champs like Adonis Stevenson and Lennox Lewis) Montreal is the only spot though that has boxing. Rest of the country focuses on MMA unfortunatly. Lewis is the only one there that wasn't out of Montreal.

Another reason I'm so angry about the Whyte situation is because Oscar Rivas is out of Montreal too.

Real talk (add Alcine, Bute & Hilton to the list)! At the world class level, boxing in Canada is basically limited to the province of Quebec especially the Montreal area. Gatti was out of Montreal but really made his mark once he moved to the US.

That is alot of world class talent for a city (Montreal) with a population of around 4 million people (Greater Montreal area) where hockey reigns supreme (and it's not even close).

After both Ward-Kovalev fights, Ward said, from the 7th round in the 1st fight, I realized Sergio had no inside game so I focused on my mid-range, my inside game, body shots, and that made all the difference in both fights. That’s how you beat Sergio.

As you stated, Yarde should have stepped it up to the body the round after Sergio was hurt. Kill the body, the head will die. But Yarde needs also to work on his conditioning and they need to incorporate sparring in training as you stated also, and especially when your fighting in another man’s country.

Canelo’s chin is not underrated. Him and GGG probably have the best chin in the business. I have never seen either boxer do the stanky leg and they fought each other twice

I said that because I’ve read a lot of posts here where people stated Sergio will walk through and hurt and stop Canelo. I don’t think anyone is walking through or hurting or stopping Canelo easily. So the under rated comment wasn’t about the media or boxing experts, or astute boxing fans, it was targeted to fans that think he can easily be hurt by Sergio.
