Yardes style negated his own opportunities tonight, add that to a idiot trainer, no sparring & lack of ring experience. Somehow he did ok, he could be pretty good but he needs alot of changes.

The trainer has to go thats got to be the first change, the Ingle gym would prob be a good shout considering his current style. Frank is another i'd get rid of, his way of having his fighters face bum after bum until they get their shot doesn't really sit right with me. I cant imagine Hearn letting Buatsi have zero sparring for a world title fight.

Cant see any of it happening unfortunately.

Not realizing what point Kovi was in ( Buddy was gonna stop the fight , that means his fighter was totally hurt ) he just had to dig to that body and the head shots were there for the win
Kovi can’t take more than three punches to the head without doing that funky chicken
Yarde’s inexperience and lack of sparring are to blame imo
TRUE....really can’t disagree with anything you said!

If Yarde wasn’t going to get him out at 9 it wasn’t ever going to happen, he was so close... hell of a fight
Thing is Yarde hadn't seen the 8th round before. I think Yarde missed doing some early work when he was fresher & maybe coulda been ending the fight when he was actually just starting the fight with how it ended up playing out.

But yea fun ass fight for sure.

Tunde and 'system 9' will make a perfect scapegoat. Someone like Adam Booth may be able to do something with Yarde.

This is why that stoppage was disgraceful. Kov got hit with lowblows repeatedly and the ref jumped in and stopped it. Talking about that right hand from 40% KO Ward finished him lmfao. He didn't even go down. Kov just took flush shots repeatedly from a young guy with over a 90% KO ratio...didn't go down and came back to dominate and stop his opponent. Finally this narrative dies

Are you comparing Yarde to Ward
Really cause that’s fughin absurd to me
I don’t give a fugh that he has 90% ko , against who
11 fights in the amateurs and what 17 pro fights and you make a comparison between those two ?
Whatever your opinion about the Kovi Ward fight but this is not a wise way to solidify your point

If he were glass chinned he would've been ko'd far earlier.

Canelo might not be the stronger or better fighter than Kovi but he will realize from the first round that the harder he ****s that body the quicker he get Kovi out of there
Canelo can be many things , but one thing he does well is smell blood
