Mayweather Promotions don't have to send him to DAZN, they're the ones investing their money into Tank Davis trying to build him up into a Superstar and no they're not obligated to send him over to Eddie Hearn and DAZN so they can capitalize off of this momentum Tank Davis does have right now after Drawing BIG in Baltimore

I really do like the Blind Bid idea though and that seems like a very fair solution, whoever put the most money up gets the fight instead of just giving the fight to Showtime. The want the fight...offer what DAZN is Offering if not more. Tank better be getting $5 Million or close to it next fight then if no Farmer fight

That being said $2 Million for Farmer is more than fair however again they want Tank on DAZN so Farmer is being used strictly as BAIT to hopefully get Davis on the platform because it also gets Mayweather with him to help promote
