Anyone Picking Derevyanchenko To Upset GGG

I think I might be. Definitely thinking of betting on him as I see he's a +300 dog (or 25% chance to win) & idk that he should be THAT big of a dog.

Yes, no, maybe. Why or why not.

Haymon is sending chenko over to DAZN for a reason. It will be another Ruiz situation.

No, but betting is something else entirely. If you can get the right odds, sure. I don't think +300 would attract me at all though.

What odds would it take for you to see value in Derevyanchenko.

Imma have to watch that Rolls fight again & the second Canelo fight soon. Not sure how serious GGG was vs Rolls, but if Derevyanchenko hits him with some of the sh^t Rolls did that might change the flow of the fight. If this fight turns into a war I love Derevyanchenko's upset chances.

Nah GGG is too good for him, I think you need to be taller/longer or very elusive to neutralise his jab, Derev hasn't got any of that in his locker.

I think someone like hopkins near his prime is kryptonite to Golovkin

Honestly, somewhere north of 800. Derevy is solid, and he'll keep you honest, but I feel the same about Golovkin and Gennady has that power and pressure he can turn on. I think people forgot about that because he had to pace himself and fight differently with Canelo. Against Rolls, I saw him just waiting for the opening. He started taking shots because of it but once he found that opening, it was over.

If Golovkin had stamina issues, inconsistency, clear decline, or a tendency to drop rounds, I think Derevy is a guy who could capitalize on that. But, to me this is a solid/consistent guy against another solid guy who happens to have another gear.

All that said, boxers tend to get old overnight and if you think it's gonna be that night for Golovkin, Derevy isn't a bad guy to bet on.

+800. Thats like an 11% chance to win. Idk about that, but yea I'd definitely bet if the odds were that extreme.

But yea I tend to agree he knew what he was in with with Steve & taking those shots were just a means to an early end. I think he's gonna come out vs Derevyanchenko like he did for Davey L & take it nice & slow & try to take him out deeper in the fight or just take the decision W. I just feel like Derevyanchenko gots some tools too & won't be able to be controled as easily as Davey L was & I feel like those Canelo fights have put some wear & tear & extra miles on GGG's odometer. If GGG doesn't or can't control the fight with his jab this is a f#cking war & idk how many if any wars GGG gots in him. No war no win for Derevyanchenko doe I don't think

No. Like someone said, at +800, it maybe worth a small bet.

But I watched dereyvs last fight against culcay, n I thought he lost that fight 8-4.

Golovkin tko6 in a one sided war.
