Need to actually see him as a Heavyweight first, will need to test his punch resistance vs a Heavyweight Puncher also. Sure he can probably out-box all of them however he is going to get HIT it is no avoiding that for a full 12 Rounds no matter how slick you are

        You would think.... and yet

Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk is named mandatory challenger for the winner of Anthony Joshua's heavyweight-title rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr by the WBO.

I see Ruiz beating AJ in the rematch.

And then Ruiz vs. Wilder for Undisputed.

Usyk gonna have to stay active in the meantime.

            The title cements his legacy.

Anyone else in the top 10 gets him respect.

Whoever has the best resume .Should AJ get by Ruiz he still has a Wlad win which is far better then Ortiz and Fury has no title defenses. I think usyk would outbox wilder ,it would be fury 1 all over again minus the knock downs and probably wont stun Wilder but win a clear UD win since hes an active volume puncher and wont give the judges any room for bad decision. I don't think its a which heavyweight its got to be either Fury or Joshua, unless fury loses to wilder and Aj loses to Ruiz. .

I think he should have stayed at cruiserweight. Cruiserweights are really heavyweights anyway with a weight limit of 200 pounds. Many cruiserweights probably weigh 215 pounds on fight night and Wilder weighed 209 for Fury. If he can't be the heavyweight champ then it does nothing for his legacy.

Cement his legacy? What legacy? He needs NAMES on his resume not just one win

He already has one at CW and some HW wins with arguably a future champion Hrgovic who would make Wilder look real bad with his unorthodox and very good am background hes fought everyone of every style barring Usyk. A championship belt would cement a historical achievement in two weight classes for Usyk .
