He seems to be the goods but untested as yet against any quality opponent....pretty much the same way i feel about about Virgil Ortiz.

Both looking like blue chip but untested as yet.

That still was 167 years ago and I said many were good but when have you seen a great 147 pound fighter out of Philly, he had 3 title defenses at 147 before he started getting beat up pretty bad.

I always hear how good this guy is but have never actually seen him fight. Doesn’t seem like they’re promoting him good. His hands look huge in that pic. He just be a big puncher.

He won the Welter Weight Title than lost to Norris for the 154 title

He did was great with super fast hands and loads of energy, but because of boxing and bad business deals and poor management with his money, he's broke and broken and a mind is a terrible thing to waste. All that talent and people all around you taken advantage at every level is sad.

It was 150 and he had no business in that fight, but it was gutsy. Norris a lot of times fought at 152 or so he was a gym rat.

His defense is what REALLY separates him imo. He can punch and has a great offensive arsenal, but its the D that will make him special.
