    When was the last time Philly had a good welterweight

    I have seen many that were good but really have you seen anyone great out of Philly in the division, I'm just saying! The kid looks great fighting nobodies but can he take it when in with a live dog is my?

          He was but he fought 125 as an amateur and 135-140 as a pro so he don't count

            We all think people are the truth when they are blowing away nobodies, and don't get me wrong it looks good on TV and he shows great ability but is really untested thus far.

                  He fought at 140-147 as a pro. His 1st few fights might have been at 35, but not for long. Only 17 when he fought at 125 in 84.
