Easiest way for him to prove he isn't scared is to just go ahead and agree to the fight terms... the terms he signed for initially. This isn't rocket science. Throw all the bravado you want into the mix. Doesn't matter. Reality is, he signed the contract that clearly stated what he'd get paid if a rematch happened, and that Hearn sets the rematch location. End of story.

Or is it OK as long as so far no boxers have had their heads lopped off? Their death penalty covers THOUGHT and BELIEF, not just actions. To execute someone for murder after conviction is a different thing (although you can certainly be against it) than executing someone for what they think or believe, which is what is happening in Saudi Arabia. Merely practicing a different belief or criticizing the government can result in the government within that system taking your life.
