Espinoza doesn't sound too happy. My assumption has been that FOX will get most of the fights at first for exposure and then bring those fighters to showtime.

Have all fought on SHO this year.
Tho it looks like it has dried up. Nothing in Aug and Sep for PBC.

I think wants CBS and Fox just like how the NFL Network deal is structured but for whatever reason despite drawing big numbers on CBS with Thurman, they do not want to put Boxing on CBS more

However when Showtime covered MMA, Strikeforce was on CBS all the time

Fox is the better deal by far

Fights on Fox suck. I know they're pretty much on a free network but everything about them suck. Not the fights but the broadcasting. First of all they have to start at 5 pm on the west coast and u got all these commercials. The main event is pretty much over by prime time. Sucks that they have to start that early in order for Fox to be able to have the news start on time.

Imagine forcing people to pay for an article containing an interview with Stephen Espinoza from Showtime about boxing.

How many interviews does Espinoza give 100 subscriber 400 views per video youtube boxing "media outlets" which contains this information? Free of charge for anybody to watch.

Nothing on there is truly exclusive, other media outlets get the same information and deliver it to their audience for free. I'm glad this thread was made leaking this "paid content."

Someone should make an official blog targeting this specific site and leak anything they make you pay for and advertise it in the comment section of every article they put up on their site.

I think it might have something to do with boxingscene itself if they condoned it.

I get that the practice is bs, but there might be ramifications for boxingscene because of it.

Expect Showtime to announce their Fall/Winter lineup soon. They obviously aren't thrilled with PBC, but no relationship is perfect. ShoBox is a great avenue to develop future stars (Jarron Ennis is the next big thing from that program), and hopefully we see more guys making the jump to normal Showtime Boxing cards. Plenty of PBC guys to go around.
