Espinoza can EAD. Him and Shafter did the same thing to GB and HBO. Now he's getting a taste of his own meds....

Haymon only looks out for himself and the fighters he advises. All he cares about about is who's willing to pay the bigger amount of $. Lil steve shouldve learned that lesson. FTP

Fights on Fox suck. I know they're pretty much on a free network but everything about them suck. Not the fights but the broadcasting. First of all they have to start at 5 pm on the west coast and u got all these commercials. The main event is pretty much over by prime time. Sucks that they have to start that early in order for Fox to be able to have the news start on time.

Imagine forcing people to pay for an article containing an interview with Stephen Espinoza from Showtime about boxing.

How many interviews does Espinoza give 100 subscriber 400 views per video youtube boxing "media outlets" which contains this information? Free of charge for anybody to watch.

Nothing on there is truly exclusive, other media outlets get the same information and deliver it to their audience for free. I'm glad this thread was made leaking this "paid content."

Someone should make an official blog targeting this specific site and leak anything they make you pay for and advertise it in the comment section of every article they put up on their site.

          Disgraceful.

I think it might have something to do with boxingscene itself if they condoned it.

I get that the practice is bs, but there might be ramifications for boxingscene because of it.

Yeah I agree that would be BETTER

I am seeing articles about how the CBS/Viacom Merger could now allow CBS to invest more into Sports which would be great for Boxing!

Despite the Eye’s long-time standing as America’s top network – which they’re sure to remind us of every night – CBS has not been as aggressive as their competitors from FOX, NBC, and the ESPN/ABC coalition in terms of bidding for sports rights. Their last major acquisition was the AFC package for the National Football League, which they snagged in 1998.

Instead, CBS has focused on retaining the rights they already have, many of which they have held onto for decades. The Masters have been a part of CBS Sports since 1956, the longest association between a major sporting event and a network. The NCAA Tournament has remained with CBS since 1982, and college football has aired in some form on the network since the 1950s.

But with the full company’s money behind them once again, and some major packages up for grabs, CBS Sports can afford to go for broke. The rights to the NHL, which they haven’t regularly broadcast since the 1960s, will expire at the end of the 2021-22 season, and for once, CBS can be a player in those negotiations. (Still, though, Fox and ESPN figure to be bigger suitors for the NHL. Executives for both networks have told our site on the record that they intend to bid.)

Of course he's not happy, He's getting fed dog food while the people at Fox eat the steaks.

If Wilder ends up on Fox, that's the final nail in the coffin after what they must have paid him to say no to 100 plus million on DAZN.

Espinoza is a douchebag anyway, I hope he gets fired and then Showtime comes back strong.
