The reason that their is appetite for a rematch is the fact that Manny fought with a bum shoulder (you haters can say otherwise but the surgery after the fact proved it was true). Problem is I truly think Floyd has lost alot of his elusiveness ( I would say that at this point Pac is a superior boxer due to activity rate) and Floyd should take a tune up fight first to make sure his legs are still their.

That being said Floyd will want this for one simple reason, somehow the man is bad with his taxes and will most likely have ANOTHER tax lien on him soon enough and will need the money to pay it.
