It is a short turnaround but Navarrete only fought 3 rounds last night and didn't have to exert himself too much.

It won't be an issue to fight again in a month.

As long as Canelo keeps on getting away with dirty tests and paid off fighters, i support the notion that any mexican fighter is better than him.

Of course, Navarrete will demand a 123.1 pound catchweight just to get out of having to fight him.
You my friend, know boxing and are clearly a student of the game.

Isn't Mr. Navarrette a champion? Should not his opponent be worthy?

There’s not enough money to entice even a worthy opponent to take the fight with Navarrete on less than a month notice

                      1. Canelo
                      2. Estrada

Then you can debate between Nery, LSC, Berchelt and Navarrette.
