Oh you made the bet before it even had a date at all. You were earlier than I thought you were. Fair play.

Yeah, you're right Ruiz's odds could go higher, if say they went to 4-1, I'd put maybe another £500 on it, but you never know and people who are maybe Tyson fury fans, or Whyte fans, might look at it and think that putting a lot on Ruiz makes sense. We'll see.
I think Joshua gots more fanboys in the UK then Fury or Whyte do or there are sharp bettors all combined. The hype money runs a fight like this imo. Thats why I've had some of my best scores on UK fights & I'd bet you have to from the sounds of it. I can't wait til all US states are doing sports betting so our lines go haywire like the UK ones do in some fights.

Yeah, I made bet quite a bit before the date. True, you can get some crazy odds in the UK. I bet some serious cash is going to be put down on Joshua to win. Based on what I don't know. This is how I think the fight will go.

Joshua will come out, with every intention of fighting a slow and calculated fight behind the jab, we might see a slow first 1/2/3 rounds, but as some as Andy starts to pressure him, he'll fight fire with fire to try and keep Ruiz off him, Ruiz will dip under Joshua's rand hand, land the initial hook, followed by 3/4 combo's and repeat.

But this time, I think the second knock down will be enough. I can't see any scenario where Joshua wins this, and I actually think that he feels this way himself too. I have listened to him and the past, and whilst I never considered him 1 or 2 in the division, I believed that he believed it, which is great, as it's what a fighter needs, but listening to him lately, it's like he's trying to convince himself, but I can see and hear all the doubts he's having. As well as stylistically, Ruiz is a nightmare match up for Joshua.
