Who has bet on the Joshua vs Ruiz rematch?

And if so, how much and what odds? I have bet £2000 on Ruiz to win at 5-2, which wins me £5000 (£7000 return, inc stake) Just too good to pass up imo.

Sounds like a good bet. Why should the guy who got knocked out in 4 rounds be a big favorite to win?

I plan to bet on this fight but it's too far out and I'm not super confident it happens on Dec. 7 as things stand. I like betting a month out at the absolute earliest.

I normally do that too, but just incase the odds get worse, I've went for it early. I've won over £6000 this year in bets, my best year yet, and even if I lose, which I doubt I will, I'm cool with it.

Yeah, it's odd isn't it? But a lot of people in the UK are still going to be betting on Joshua, based on blind faith, so Ruiz's odds are just too good to pass up.

I'm tempted to bet on it not happening or I'm tempted to bet on who loses in court.
But they know already ruiz loses his belts in court but they don't care about ruiz its all about pushing those belts wilders direction rather than him having to take tough fights to get them.

The odds in uk make Joshua so much favourite that it’s not worth a bid in that direction!

I’m more tempted to have a punt on Ruiz given his odds remain generous

Yeah, there's no value in a Joshua bet at all.

More likely to get your money back cuz the fight didn't happen Dec. 7 then lose right now.

But respect on a good year.

I generallly don't see boxing lines shift all that much til a couple weeks out & more often the week of the fight. In fact in this sorta situation I'm kinda expecting it to go wider Joshua's way cuz betting is more a part of UK sports culture so I'm thinking as more UK people bet Ruiz gains more value. Can obviously double down late doe so you good either way.

My bet is valid until until end of year, but would get a refund, and it's not money I need right now. I made a post on here on the week of the David Price vs Dave Allen fight, check my post history if you like, stating that I felt the bookies had it wrong. Price can be very good against men he doesn't fear, and I felt he didn't fear Allen at all, and had the tools to keep him at bay. I got 2-1 on Price and stuck £1000 on it, so won £2000 there alone. Yeah, you're right Ruiz's odds could go higher, if say they went to 4-1, I'd put maybe another £500 on it, but you never know and people who are maybe Tyson fury fans, or Whyte fans, might look at it and think that putting a lot on Ruiz makes sense. We'll see.
