No such thing as a lucky punch. Fighters throw punches to land and cause damage. Which is exactly what Ruiz did.

Pretty much...but it was lucky in the sense that he got clipped in the perfect spot. Ruiz was just winging and his shot found the right spot. Aj should be more concerned with what he did to put Ruiz in the position to land that first damaging shot to begin with. He walked right into it going for the finish.

He landed the first one that did damage because he counters in fast combinations. Some will miss, some will get through. If the first one didn't get through, another one would have at some point.
If they fight again, Joshua will have to be VERY careful to avoid getting caught when Ruiz counters his shots with combinations.
