Billy Joe Saunders Vs Floyd Mayweather, Jr. @160...Who Wins???...

If Sugar Ray Leonard came up from welterweight to fight Hagler...it’s posoble that Mayweather could have fought at 160 for a title...so the past few years Billy Joe Saunders has reminded me of Mayweather in the ring with the way he boxes and pivots off his front foot...like a Matador...it’s really a joy to see...so makes me ask the question who wins Mayweather or Saunders at 160???...We all know how special of a fighter Floyd is...so it’s not out of the question to pose this scenario...so who you got nsb???...

Not many good fighters I’d pick Floyd to defeat at 160. Saunders is borderline as is Andy Lee for that matter. Floyd topped out as a welter. He dabbled at 154 at 160 he is in real danger.

I don’t know man...if Cotto can fight at 160 and hold his own let alone win a belt at 160...why can’t Floyd???...

He beat a crippled Martinez. Against a top level fighter at a full 160 what chance would Cotto have had. I mean there was no chance he would have faced Golovkin at that time.

That is true...I’m talkin’ beltholders like lemieux that Golovkin fought...who as a matter’ of fact lost to Cotto at middleweight...Mayweather would beat lemieux at middleweight...Billy Joe hands are soft enough that Floyd could possibly outpoint him...

Leonard was a huge welterweight by the time he fought Hagler. Mayweather is not a big welterweight. Saunders seems off these days but the Saunders who beat Lemieux would beat Mayweather in my opinion.

Pretty much what I’m saying too. Of course there are MWs that Floyd would beat but I can’t think of an era where he could rule that division. There would always be a few who would beat him. Saunders probably beats him.

                    See, what had happened was...

Floyd fought at 154 against Cotto, but didn’t want Cotto’s Lineal and 160 title at 155. 1lb that Floyd didn’t want Lineal and add 6 division status to his resume.

Floyd fought Canelo at 152. Didn’t want Canelo at 155 for the same reason as Cotto.

Supposedly they were easy fights for Floyd!
