Farmer is worth around 500k at best and Tank is worth around 2M if we realistically access their drawing power.

Farmer is the biggest fight for Tank right now. Considering Tank turned down $5M from DAZN, it's fair to say PBC would come close to that offer or even exceed it, netting him some good change. It would also land him a world championship belt.
That's Tevin's leverage, and that's why $2M is a garbage low-ball offer.
