AJ thinks he got beat because Ruiz landed a lucky punch

Good post. Both guys can definitely win. Ruiz probably won't do many things much differently as he had success with it. AJ will have to fight taller and work behind the jab and not be baited into inside fighting as much and be aware at all times. He may be able to mitigate some of the risk with his length and some shots at a distance.People cope with losses different ways so this is a non issue in my eyes.
I do believe that this is still potentially a hard fight for both guys. People seem to forget that Ruiz was dropped very hard before he started putting the beat down on Joshua.
Maybe Joshua has learned his lesson, maybe he hasn't and maybe Ruiz has the right game plan and style, maybe he doesn't. One thing is absolutely certain though and that is that both of them can hurt each other as witnessed in the first fight.
I think we will see some pretty cautious first few rounds. I think Ruiz actually expected the AJ that will fight in the second fight in the first fight if that makes sense.Comment

Fury will go down as the greatest HW to ever lace em up. He got right up after that flash knockdown and mauled Cunningham.

Guys like you bones are still being washed up in the Hudson river from the 80's. You're the jerk off at the bar with a lot of money but to much to drink and something bad happens and you don't make it home , lolLast edited by juggernaut666; 08-16-2019, 09:53 PM.Comment

You are wrong. A scoring punch that lands is a scoring punch. The only people who believe in 'lucky' punches are those on the receiving end. Or people who DKSAB.Of course there is. Nobody is saying that it's luck that a fighter lands a punch that they intended to throw, but there is definitely some luck involved in how it lands, where it lands, exactly when it lands and how much damage it does. That's why some fighters who knock out their opponents get dominated in rematches from time to time.
A fine example of that is the Cassius Clay vs. Liston rematch. That punch should have never knocked out a man like Liston but somehow it did. That was definitely luck if it wasn't a payoff of course.Comment

LMAO. Fury can never get anywhere close to even to becoming the greatest British heavyweight. You've to win titles, defend them and also have marquee names on your resume to get there. So how will a con artist who fights bum after bum and has never defended a title get there?
Get that fat cu.nt out of here. But when you see him, tell him my Uber driver wants his shot at his invisible lineal title on a cold winter night in Stockport. Make it happen, mate!Comment

He already held the titles once, and he will beat Wilder like a child, and then beat AJ, Ruiz, Ortiz, Povetkin, Usyk, and reign undisputed til hes 41 like Pacquiao.LMAO. Sweet Pea in Goliaths body. Boxing's Achilles. A demi God of boxing that is born once a millennium. A chin of granite, the IQ of Pep, the defense of Locche, the composure of Mayweather, sledgehammers in both gloves, no fighter of this era can beat him.Comment
