That being said... men wearing dresses, mutilating children's genitals, the lamest tourist trap in the history of the world, forbidding pork and beer... How is it that this country hasn't been wiped off the face of the Earth?

They are at war with Yemen, which is launching misses into SA and also making ********* strikes. A big event like this would be an inviting target to *********s.

How can you vouch for security at an arena that hasn’t even been built yet?

Anyone from the West should pass on SA right now and that’s not particular to boxing.

EDIT: Look up terror attacks in Saudi Arabia on Wikipedia and you’ll see there has been more than 100 and the list hasn’t been updated. There have been two attacks on civilians at airports just this year, wounding about 30 and killing at least one.

Saudi's would be fat, too, if they ate anything more than lizards and Camel spunk... have you not seen their cousins, the Sicilians?

Have you not seen what they've been doing for 1,500 years to people who look like Al Haymon?

So it should be AJ who is scared to go there then, not Ruiz.

Apparently on the American danger chart it's on a par with Mexico as a tourist destination.

But all these PBC tears are just bog standard PBC tears that would of come no matter what. Its their wierd feminine way of going about their business these days.

A friend of mine worked in Riyadh for 6 months. He didn't like it, because he couldn't have a drink after work and there was nothing to do except hang around in his hotel or sit in coffee bars full of men who didn't speak English, with no women to be seen.

He said the ordinary Arabs he encountered were mostly friendly and polite, and he never felt threatened or intimidated except on one occasion when a car full of young men slowed down while driving past him and one of the passengers spat in his direction through the window.

Depends on who you want to believe, Mexico is on level 2 according to amnesty international which is the same level as Saudi , and Ruiz was proposing having it there last week. So he cannot really use that as an excuse not to fight in SA.
