Arum wouldn’t get any blame. How could he? The IBF specifically said the rematch has to be by December 14th and then Pulev would be next by the end of May.

So that is all set except Ruiz is now balking at fighting AJ in that time frame. So this is 100% Haymon and Ruiz’s fault. No fault of Pulev Arum, Usyk etc. Andy just needs to honor the contract he signed and that Haymon agreed too
Have you found that video of LDBC saying they get paid by PBC?

What ? Ruiz a exemption/ I think i'll stop here ,you clearly don't have an education.

The IBF is required to approve a fight before press conferences that requires a signing of two signatures . Ha

Give up on Redeemer man the dude is missing a few chromosomes no matter how you break it down to him he going continue calling you a liar and repeating the same crap.... Ruiz/aj 2 has until December 7th to happen if it doesn’t Ruiz/pulev will be called by ibf if Ruiz refuses to take part in that he gets strip and pulev fights next available highest ranked fighter... He thinks the belt is bound to the match and if no Ruiz/aj it becomes an/pulev

Where in the IBF rules does it say that?

Once again talking in circles .The exemption is for the winner but according to you Ruiz will fight Pulev if the fight drags out which is a lie and doesn't happen and Ruiz stalls he gets stripped and replaced . Pulev does not replace Joshua with stalling tactics from Ruiz, he gets penalized as said contract that was approved already by the IBF under Hearns stipulations of the original and only contract they had a signature for in the first fight. Ha

The IBF said the Pulev vs Ruiz will be called upon if the fight doesn't happen by Dec, 7th...wow that's just a blatent lie, your really just ****** I get it now.

              Well maybe....
If Ruiz is right then hell yeah he should negotiate on where to stage the fight.
But if the contract he signed gives Eddie and AJ the power to choose the rematch location then Ruiz should honor the contract and go wherever the fucc Eddie and AJ wanna stage the fight.

The exemption is for the champion, Ruiz. The winner doesn't get an exemption. They've both agreed to fight Pulev next should they win. Have you read this article you're commenting on?

The belt is tied to the Champ not the event. If that were the case Canelo would still have his belt for the next event.

                You're ******ed

You're right...I'm partially responsible for the repeated nonsense.

A press conference requires documentation of proof because you include statements that need to be true otherwise you get sued, without two signatures a the fight is not agreed upon and a press conference isn't possible , sorry I'm not here to do your homework ,you shouldn't skip school.

Oh as the lead or only promoter I'm sure Hearn does get to choose. However he has to get Ruiz to sign that final contract with the date and locale especially to have a fight.

Rematch clauses are slave contracts even though some are heavily swayed toward the A-side like this one.
