As much as I have been critical of Floyd... he only took the fight with Judah because it was what fans wanted and it was already set for PPV. More fans wanted to see Judah-Mayweather even after Judah's loss than Baldomir-Mayweather. Probably because people thought Baldomir's win was a fluke. Now people are probably singing a different tune.

I don't think that would help. Unlike Judah Margarito coming off of a loss will have nothing to bargain with. Margarito's best bargaining chip is that he is a titlist w/o that Mayweather will definitely not see him as "worthy." The best idea for Margarito is to further limit Floyd's options by fighting Baldomir. If he wins, Floyd literally won't have any excuse becaue Margarito will be "the man" at 147.

I wish that were true, I belive if Marg fought Baldi and became the undisputed welter it wouuldnt matter to Floyd...he is considering fighting Spinks..for a belt at junior middle WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOO

Floyd just wanted a big PPV and he will get that with Marg and make more money because Marg wont/hasnt asked for much. but he dont want none and honestly ill never say Marg would crush him or vice vera....its just obvious Floyd is avoiding him, IMO.

Regardless of what you think about Spinks, that fight is a disgrace. Floyd is not even a real welterweight let alone a junior middle. Just so happens he picks the guy with a title that probably has the weakest punch a junior middleweight champ has ever had. This is Floyd at his worst. Trying to make "history" by picking up hand-picked titles at higher weights. For all of the fans and his own legacy he should be trying to dominate the divisions he has skipped through (140 and 147).

Total BS about Judah being the WW. I was just commenting about Floyd;s motivation for saying that and taking the fight. For once in his life, Floyd may have been justified in over-hyping a fight. IF Judah had kept his head on straight they both would have made a lot more cash.
