I like Crawford and think he's one of the most skilled guys out there, but you have to do something at the weight to be considered the best and he isn't fighting anyone. Skills will only get you so far, you have to put in work and he really hasn't at WW. Aside from beating Khan (who hasn't done anything relevant in the ring in years but is just a name) he beat Jeff Horn who had a title due to a robbery of Pacquiao and who hasn't done anything since.

How? Beating Spence would be better than anything Crawford has done at WW. Not saying it should catapult Shawn to #1, but no way would Crawford hold that title with Khan being his best welterweight win
