I would like to see this fight. Chenko (I will butcher his last name if I attempt it) is a solid, tough fighter. He can be outboxed but he brutalized Taureano and the win over Culcay is pretty decent as I think Culcay's pretty tough himself. GGG can probably outbox him but if he doesn't have any wheels in those old legs than this can turn into a pretty brutal brawl. That would be entertaining.

Three weeks ago: Canelo is going to fight the guy Golovkin ducked.
Today: this fight is a joke, why is Golovkin not fighting “insert this weeks boogie man of choice”
The guy can’t do no right at this point in his career. He could literally be in talks to fight cancer itself and it’ll became a case of why isn’t he fighting “herpes” or “bronchitis”

It's something I've said before many times but I don't get the irrational hate for fighters. Both Canelo and GGG are too notch fighters and their fights were close and entertaining regardless of who you had winning. To denigrate the one as a fraud is to denigrate the other. Pacquiao, Mayweather, GGG, Canelo, Wilder and Joshua all seem to have he generated the irrational emotions. Just don't get it.

I love how this just adds fuel to the rivalry of Canelo and GGG. GGG forced to vacate his IBF title in order to pursue a fight with Canelo and then after losing his belts and Canelo seemingly not wanting to fight him again, the IBF mandating this fight allowing for GGG to be a title holder again leaves him as a possible puzzle piece if Canelo goes for undisputed
