Not if Hearn is in breech of contract, or it can be proved that the contract is grossly unfair, unconscionable. Andy won those titles fair and square. He never agreed to go to bum****, and he never agreed to indentured servitude, where Hearn has the last say in his life. Hearn did not buy Andy, he can't make him do squat.
Let me explain grossly unfair and unconscionable. When a contract favors one side and the other is at extreme disadvantage. Andy can't pick the venue, he can't get the champions share of the money, and he never signed to expand Hearns empire. Fairness has a lot to do with it. When is Hearn going to treat Andy fair?
He shouldn't have took the first fight with all its millions then because this is exactly what he signed up for.
Hearn is the only guy I know who can break sanction rules with a clause and the organisations that write the rules don't complain. The purse split is pre set by the sanctioning body. Hearn has cut rate, under the table, side dealed his way around paying anybody fair.
In Pedrazza vs Smith. Hearn paid Smith an undetermined amount on the side and didn't bid, cutting Pedrazza, the champions pay. All purse money should be split per sanction rules. Hearn splits any way he pleases.
