Yes I did. My wife is from Pakistan and her father is a professor in Saudi. She doesn't wear a headscarf (i'm sure you're wondering) and there was never an issue.

It's been great every single time - I've been about 4-5 times.

One thing I can tell you is that people are more welcoming there than pretty much any other place I've been including the U.S. Except when I lived in Mississippi which was very friendly too.

But they don't want you to know that people are happy in Saudi. They want you to think women are overtly oppressed so you'll feel OK by going to war and stealing their land and oil.

I think it's funny that anyone thinks Americans have the rights to speak about human rights considering the amount of Arabs, africans and afghans has been killed without due process. Let me tell you:

- 500.000 people in Iraq
- 110.000 people in Afghanistan

Where were their due process? In Saudi there was approx 150 people sentenced to death last year. The number absolutely PALES compared to the number of innocent people taken by American soldiers. And here you are talking about human rights

Not to mention the 100s of thousands of people in the U.S imprisoned for 25+ years for petty crimes or wrongfully imprisoned for their colour or creed.

As I said, people are telling you something so you can believe it's ok for you to pay for America to go to war and kill hundreds of thousands of innocent people and take their land and oil.

In Saudi, women are treated like queens. Men dont even look another woman in the eyes out of respect.

In the U.S they get ****d, are slut shamed publicly, demeaned for perceived flaws in their motherhood, etc etc.

But you don't notice that because you don't want to.

I'm not saying Saudi Arabia is perfect for women, but the U.S absolutely is not either. Both have flaws, one just has more flaws than the other.

And Saudi Arabia is on the up (in the urban areas), in the rural areas there are of course very conservative and traditional cultures.
