Um really I don't know many people who buy into the "weight bully" concept too much. If somebody is walking around 30 pounds over their weight class, that's their prerogative, but cutting big weight is not necessarily an added advantage. People also talk about, "a drained Pacquiao", "a drained Spence", "a drained Garcia", "a drained whoever". People use the "drained" excuse as to why fighters lose.
I say if you can make the weight for the weigh-in, and still be healthy enough to fight, then that's a legit weight class.

All that being said, what's your source regarding Loma's walk around weight ? Everything I've heard is that he's more likely to go down to 130, than move up to 135.
In 2017, people were saying he was kind of small for 135.
Here's what he said around that time, when there was talk about Pacquiao:

"If this fight will be at 135 weight category - I'm ready. At 135 - I'm ready. At 140, no - it's too big for me. My [walking] weight now is 138," Lomachenko explained to BoxingScene.com.

There are threads on here with people saying that Mikey Garcia and Linares were too big for Loma. I'm not saying you are wrong, I'm just saying you must have different information than I have.
This "walking around 160" is certainly kind of newsworthy if it's true. But even so like I said, If somebody is cutting too much weight, that crap is going to catch up with you and have you fighting weight drained. Very dangerous.
