Even presidents, dictators visit foreign countries and everyone it's formal, courteous, shakes hands and talks in a civil manner it's just simple diplomacy man you're colclusions are off.

If they didn't want him there he'd be denied entry in the first place, worst case scenario is that he's excluded out of the country.
