With what's going on in the U.S. (Charleston, SC, Charlottesville, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, El Paso, TX) , I don't see how we have the audacity to criticize Saudi Arabia! We support Saudi Arabia's bombing campaign in Yemen! We (at least our President) turn a blind eye to Kashoogi's assassination! Regardless of Human Rights, and Women's Rights violations we don't sanction Saudia Arabia, yet we condemn Iran! Lastly, we seem to forget that 11 of the 13 hijackers from the 9/11 attacks were from Saudi Arabia!

So from a "World Champion" point of view, I see this as a positive! We need more of this, not less! Why hasn't Pacquiao had a "Thrilla' in Manila?" That's shameful! Why can't Canelo have a World title fight in Mexico?

A country needs to have produced at least one world champion before it can stage a meaningful title fight. Saudi produce nothing except backwards sand-people and hosting Khan fights should be as far as it goes.

You could tell most American don’t really travel, so it would make zero difference here. Just having some conversation with them and you can tell how ignorant they are really. I don't think team Joshua is worried about U.S fans more then profit and still going global. The U.S market here doesn't reflect Joshua ,who wil and always was going to be a U.K based fighter with fights here and there outside the U.K.


Joshua also has a very strong following in Saudi Arabia ,hes a global star more then he is here .
