I guess Hearn really did a money grab here and don’t care for aj to win to put the fight in the desert with aj having stamina issues just asking for a early ko.....

And where is DAZN? A fight that is 4pm East coast and 1pm on the West coast is sure to drive subscribers and views. While the 5 hours difference with England is not ideal at least their crowds make it an experience to watch. Have they not seen what the Saudi audience experience is like?

This just proves one thing. That Team Ruiz has some leverage at the bargaining table. No one has ever seen that rematch clause for the exception of the principals and their ancillaries.
None of us know how that rematch clause was worded. It seems to me that Joshua, Eddie and Matchroom have capitulated and are ducking for cover like cowards by giving in to Team Ruiz' demands. It makes them look very weak.
We might not have seen that rematch clause wording but I think this proves it was pretty locked down.
And the way it's played out looks like AJ got to make the call, but Ruiz threatened to drag it out at the risk of dropping belts. He always had some leverage by holding the belts - you can't force a guy through the ropes.
If they've agreed then they've agreed. They've settled on something that doesn't need a court's involvement. That's why we've got a fight six months on from the first fight instead of taking a year.
Your points scoring doesn't really matter. They've reached an agreement.

Good grief!
Saudi Arabia is too backward & biased to deserve a fight like this.
Furthermore, whatever athletic commission they have over there
does not have the experience to handle a major event of this
magnitude. Ruiz would have been a fool to fight in the UK, but
this is ridiculous.
