I'm rewatching Ruiz Joshua and damn, Joshua's bombs just bounced off his chin, he damn near walked through Joshua.
Andy Ruiz best chin in heavyweight boxing?

Yeah Ruiz has a solid chin. If he was gonna lose I expected it to be due to cuts and swelling. I think he always believed in himself, but once he dropped AJ, I mean he really believed, if that even makes any sense.Comment

Joshua landed some lights out shots but did he really be able to connect with full impact ? Seems he clipped Ruiz just on outside where
Ruiz able to roll a bit with the shots and also was able to get a glove up which took some power off .
Joshua missed his A uppercut twice that's his money shot .
Id say Breazeale getting up from a full Wilder right with his guard down was more impressive to be fair even after the 10 count he was still aware and ready out on his feet .
If AJ catches Ruiz with that upper cut or lands more solid on him we'll find out bc Ruiz is going to take punishment , but how much before giving in or going out next time ?Last edited by REDEEMER; 08-09-2019, 11:13 PM.Comment

He doesn't. Everything Joshua throws is all power, he throws his hardest at all times. Fury doesn't, he boxers, conserves energy, but when he sits down on his punches he hits harder than Joshua. Dave Allen said on twitter that it may surprise people, but Tyson Fury hits a lot harder than Joshua when he throws bombs.Comment

People can say whatever they want, but the video evidence shows otherwise. Even when unloading trying to stop the sub par opposition he's been facing, his power is nothing more than average. He doesn't.
