In truth nobody knows how good Yards actually Is.
He is freakishly big for the weight and has yet to be troubled by anyone.
He is certainly powerful and fast. A prime Kovalev would probably have too much for Yards at this point, but he isn't quite that fighter now.
Kovalev deserves to be the favourite but I would not rule out Yards. Kovalev can be hurt and so far Yardsehas looked like a cruiser weight taking guys out pretty much when he wants. Never been hurt, never outboxed but has not faced try world class opposition

How can Hearn create an Olympic champion. A world silver medallist that should have been gold. And a unified Heavyweight champion with by far the best resume at the weight with wins over Wlad, Whyte, Parker and Povetkin?
