A lot of you actually think Matchroom has control over AJ like that, lol. Even if he loses the rematch to Ruiz, he’s still going to be a bigger draw in the UK and the rest of the world than all the other heavyweights. The Usyk fight is there and then Dillian Whyte if Wilder and Fury don’t wanna fight. And after those two, he would’ve made almost £200million in his career and would retire to do other things.
Fury can’t beat AJ unless he goes into the fight the same way he did against Ruiz. All the mind games Fury did with Wlad and Wilder won’t work on AJ and Fury has no power to keep anyone honest and he doesn’t commit when he has a chance to. AJ will cave his face in with hooks and if he ever gets on the inside, he’ll take Fury’s head off with uppercut.
Gypsy bum is smart enough to go pick on Wilder and use him as a leeway to escape to America to fight bums. He knows he can’t pull that off in the UK and there would be enormous pressure on him to fight Josh and Dillian.Comment

We'll see there too for sure sooner or later. I'm betting he'll cash a few checks beyond what he should be cashing. And fair play to him when he does it. He's a draw. Nothing wrong with cashing in on your popularity.

Where did I even mention Matchroom? I just suspect if he loses to Ruiz a 2nd time he could very likely fight a Matchroom exclusive type opponent next.
Where did I mention his drawing power negatively in the previous post? You are projecting a lot of words I didn't say on me lol.
Thats naive & says more about your fanboyism with Joshua not your boxing knowledge about fights. Fair play doe. Fanboyism is the hot new fad around here it would seem.
I mentioned Matchroom because most of you think Hearn controls him and scripts everything he does, lol. Hearn chats a lot of nonsense but Josh is his own man. So don’t expect to see him on those Matchroom bum cards. He controls his own image and is hands on with the business aspect of his career.
LMAO. Most of you only got to know about Fury after the Wlad fight, his ban, bum beating, Wilder fight and now back to beating up cans. Fury knows his limitations. I followed Fury’s career from when he turned pro and he’s more of an opportunist who wins fights against decent boxers with mind games before getting into the ring and taunts them in the ring with exuberance thus leaving them confused. Not actual boxing skills, hence he stays ducking rematches with anyone who can beat him. A classic gypsy con artist. His mind games won’t work on AJ and he’s going to get sparked out. And there will also be VADA testing.
If Fury were as confident as you, the AJ fight was waiting for him in the UK and they were already in discussions for the fight once he’s fully fit. But he ran off to the US to fight Wilder for less money because he knows it’s the easier fight.Last edited by BangEM; 08-07-2019, 04:19 PM.Comment

Trainers frequently take the fall for fighters that suffer upsets. Loyalty and appreciation prevented Anthony Joshua from even considering firing longtime trainer Rob McCracken. The British superstar is, however, going to add one experienced person or more to his team as he prepares to put together a training camp for his heavyweight championship rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr.

regardless as to his style/deficiencies... AJ is saying the right things
if that is truly where his head is at... he has every chance of beating Ruiz
I have not heard AJ make excuses, I have only heard him face reality
I will even go so far as to say..... I favor him in the rematchComment

Many greats lost and regained, but almost nobody has lost so humiliatingly and been dismissed by everyone as Klitschko. He'd be an excellent advisor to AJ. That is not to say AJ would need Klitschko's style, but to advise you how to re-organize yourself mentally to get back on track - I can't think of anyone better than Klitschko. Plus he can experiment his challenge management program on AJComment

LMAO. Even Fury isn’t that confident. If he was, he would have pushed for the AJ fight before fighting Wilder and running off to the US.
AJ destroyed Fury in the gym way back in 2011/2012 when he was an amateur and he has all the tools to spark Fury out cold.
I’m actually more confident in Josh destroying Fury than Wilder and I don’t give Wilder any chance apart from a Puncher’s chance.
