Being #1 makes you first in line to fight a final eliminator. Winner gets to fight the champ. Whyte refused multiple final eliminators, and when he did accept one he took steroids. So I guess being #1 did do something for him. Whyte was able to refuse to fight in the eliminators before anyone else had a chance! It also gave fanboys like you an excuse.

Don’t know why you’re mentioning Fury. He’s not WBC mandatory...or anyone’s, because he hasn’t fought a final eliminator.Comment

That's what you all keep missing. The contract only stipulated that a rematch take place. They have to agree on where and when. AJ will get a rematch after they agree on where and when. Without that they will be in a holding pattern.Last edited by MastaBlasta; 08-08-2019, 12:21 AM.Comment
