We are not going to skate the issue, this goes to the Hearn bots trying to find an adequate spin?

It is not about nationalism, country mandates for testing or who has the more strict levels of testing.

Why was the Rivas team simply not notified of the dirty sample, the hearing and brought in to the decision to move forward?

Their fighters life was on the line and most relevant to the outcome. In a several week period, two boxers had just died due to ring injuries.

Still waiting for the morale and ethical justification. Did Matchroom have to be told human life is valuable and bigger than their immediate profits? Still waiting Hearn puppets.

Ask any professional UK boxers how many times per year they get tested and when.

Ukad has hardly any money and test a tiny % of fighters/fights. Random testing i.e. not immediately pre/post fight is almost unknown.

According to Hearniacs, it’s fine because they cleared Whyte

Though nobody seems to be able to say what that means...

Because WADA rules say investigations must be confidential. Go cry to WADA, UKAD follows the rules they don't make them.

We already know how many random tests American fighters get from commissions. 0.

Isn't the commission in UK the BBBC? Have they released any figures for how many tests they do?

UKAD does the testing for the BBBoC.

So ukad test those UK boxers that BBBC ask them to and when they ask them to? I thought ukad was some sort of government funded agency? Interesting.

UKAD tests who they want when they want. They don't need to ask a fighter to voluntarily sign up, or take a cheque from a fighter or his promoter like the only random testing the US fighters use.

Do you have any figures for how many pro UK boxers were tested by ukad, outside of those that BBBC pay for? Also figures from BBBC for how many tests they paid ukad for and when those tests were administered? In the event of a test fail in a test requested by BBBC but conducted by ukad who has responsibility for meeting any subsequent legal costs?
