Why would SD agree to 5M for GGG but not 5.5M for Canelo

if serg is offered the same amount why reject canelo(the champion) over ggg?

ggg : has good name but has no titles, so all you get is the ibf title..

canelo has a much bigger name, so if you beat him you get huge fame, a Lineal MW title, a WBA super title, an IBF title and even a diamond WBC belt and a shot at the wbc title .. all of that plus much more money on the rematch...
why will you reject canelos offer that brings much more to the table ???
canelo is the face of boxing, there is no more upside on fighting and beating anybody else today...

Maybe he feels he could be catching GGG at the right time who is 37 years old? Steve Rolls was able to land some good shots on him early in their fight before he got stopped

If Derevyenchenko wins this, like Andy Ruiz, his live changes instantly and he will get a even bigger Payday after that

that will be dazn forcing the issue, and i can see that... but at the same time they could be very well burning bridges with canelo, even if they get the 3rd fight its going to be an awkward relationship for the remaining of the contract...

Unless I'm wrong, they're still negotiating, so how does anyone know how much SD will get?
One reason he might take less money is because the fight is in NY, so if it goes to the cards, at least he'll have a chance to get a fair decision.

there is some true to that... but they could be getting a lot more from canelo with a better relationship...
part of canelo not considering ggg next is the way gbp and dazn started negotiating the fight without even asking canelo about it... you even heard ggg talking about venues and ****t and canelo didnt even know they were negotiating already...

of course GBP has part of the blame here...
