Fast Nationals overnight ratings for Kownacki vs. Arreola

    bigdunny1
Usually does the ratings but he hasn't been seen since the Canelo/Golden Boy fallout.

These are the overnight numbers. The real numbers will be out by Wednesday and they'll be higher

Not great numbers, but promising considering the card itself. A 8-10 ranked heavyweight vs a close to retirement veteran on his first big headline.

I always see these threads and people say the ratings are bad.

But if you look at the key demos, the ratings are very competitive with the other networks and a boxing show is much cheaper than a lot of those other shows.

Yes Shark Tank did 2 million viewers and boxing did 1 million viewers, but in 18-34 and 18-49, they did the same exact rating.

There was a lot going on ESPN had a fight card and so did UFC.

In the end who gives fook who watched as long as the actual fight was good it will make the next event better interest with fans and again who gives a fook who watches it ,you guys need to worry about good fights and not ratings..or cheerleading promoters like Haymon and worrying about what Hearn does ( im positive you have posters of this guy lol )or Arum...…..smh

Not great indeed, but Kownacki's fight took place after 10 pm est so the ratings should be better than that. If I had to guess, something like 1.2-1.3M average and 1.5-1.6M peak.

In this case that is true. They did on par with others in the demos that matter. 18-49 may have done even better when the official numbers come out later in the week since the main event took place after the 10 PM time slot.

UFC card was done by then I believe.

Ratings do matter because it will be one of the determining factors on if a network like FOX wants to continue investing in boxing.
