On his 2nd knockdown , The ref allowed 20 secs to Browne since he had a chance to save him with the time left in the round... Didn't work...

Yup. Browne was ****ed after that second KD. Had the ref just given a proper 8 count Pascal would have KO’d him before the round was out.
