Ibf cartel, wbc cartel, wbo cartel and wba cartel.

Definition of a cartel:

2) An international syndicate, combine, or trust formed especially to regulate prices and output in some field of business.

The big four do not recognise anyone else, so they are controlling and regulating the market.
