Boxing is my favorite sport, but with the rise of MMA, no boxer can ever be the world's best "fighter".

they will spin it like they always do, something along of the lines like the poster below said.

It's obvious now that these boxing sanctioning bodies are having a Cold War amongst themselves. But these sanctioning bodies each have a different promoter in their individual pocket,,
If you're not with the right promoter you might not get yourself a ranking within their sanctioning body.

Is this a joke? In what parallel universe does this take place? LOL.

Golden Boy rushes him into this deal, which has a big principle, but in reality, limits his market cap year to year, Canelo could be making $80 million, $100 million, if he was on PPV, and don't tell me that PPV is dead, because PBC is eating right now, and they have nobody on the level of Canelo. Canelo's contract is like Bryce Harpers, go look at it, not as amazing as it sounds.

GB f%%ked up, Canelo bout to bounce

Agreed. That is a bad look and a bad sign.

When DAZN showed Nelo the money via GBP i figured at some point we would see stuff like this. I'm sure DAZN wouldn't mind separating GBP and Ginger. I'm sure eddie hearn would luv to pick up the pieces too. LoL, when you're in money that deep Oscar forgot that you don't have any friends ... everyone is manipulating to land the cash cow.

Nelo is gonna meet the same fate as Joshua soon. He's good but there are fighters out there ready to whoop his ace. He's gonna accidentally end up in one of those fights in the next year and a half. It will bring an end to the mindless money scrambles and A-side BS. No one today is really worth the money being tossed around

Ali, Frazier, Leonard, Duran, Lewis, Foreman, Holmes, Sweet Pea ... these guys were dedicated and worthy of the money we're seeing out there now. These current dudes are propped up by rigged promotions, rigged refs, rigged judges ... sanity and balance WILL be restored, when the right fights get made.

Derevyanchenko is ****** af. That idiot had a chance of a lifetime, but he chose to throw it all away. Doesn’t that fool know that if he loses a close competitive fight to Canelo—just like he did against Jacobs—his value will rise? He’d unlikely get stopped. Now that he might fight GGG. He’s more than likely going to get brutally stopped. He’s also going to get years of his career removed as well. He’ll also make less money. What an idiot!

Making fights is getting too hard. Poor athletes just want to compete but politics is king. One body!

Wish boxing was owned by one person or governing body. UFC gaining more boxing fans by the minute.

This is the kind of thing that happens when a fighter and promoters giant EGO's clash. Some of them believe they are bigger than the sport themselves. Do not be surprised if we see some litigation down the road from multiple parties. DAZN/Oscar/Canelo
