Manny had two rivals in his career and he came up short both times. Legendary but not the greatest imo.

Mayweathers two best wins, will be regarded by historians as a clear level above anyone on Pac's resume

Mayweather next best wins, are also as good as anyone on Pac's resume

      plus..... NO losses !!

      I don't even think it's close

no real historian ranks Pacquiao higher than Mayweather
Greatness is determined on WHAT YOU HAVE DONE INSIDE THE RING not what the historians or the likes of you/haters want to, and pac has done the unbelievable and even the likes of u couldn't believe that it is possible.

He also has the highest chance to be the 2011-2020 Fighter of the Decade... We're talking about dominating for 20 years.

Ranking TBE (not The Best Ever) higher than GrandPac at the All-Time ATG P4P list would be hilariously ridiculous... Most of his "feats" were overhyped by the US media plus his marketing skills... The guy never fought outside his country and was overly protected in Las Vegas...

                  Other than his entire resume?

                  The win he just got.
Beating Undefeated Champion Keith Thurman who was 10 years his junior.
Manny is 40 years old still outclassed him.

There’s not a Mayweather win better than that.

Just about Pac s whole resume is better than floyds.
His win over barrera is better than floyds win over pac.
Barrera was no1 or 2 pfp and was favourite against pac. Jmm koed Pac s few fights earlier and Pac was still lacking confidence and tentative when he fought floyd.
Just because Pac is higher AT G then barrera doesn't mean it's a better win for floyd

I win over a guy who was injured for two years and fought a SD with josesito lopez..

                      Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
Thurman was good before his injury but as of now NOPE that win is equivalent to beating Joshua clottey
