    I've never had to diet as I only lose weight rapidly if I don't eat something but grease isn't anything to do with carbs dude... Its fat, its good to have fat as energy storage. Pizza isn't a bad idea before a fight if you want to load up on high energy food.

            a few fighters did interviews that weren't released until after the fight and they mentioned it so it may be truth to it, either way... he lost and pac man looked amazing

              If he is already in shape that is not a bad pre fight meal. A good blend of protein, fat and carbs.

                I think his desire to chin cheek Manny early in the fight was a more costly mistake, but yea pizza don't seem like the most intelligent pre-biggest fight of your career meal.
