Lulz, the shoulder thing was just an excuse for how soundly Floyd beat him.

Wes, you're making threads about Pacquiao smiling now?

Come on, bro. This level of fanaticism is off the charts.

But his surgeon admit to the NSAC that he didn't need the shot and was going into the fight at his normal strength.

So you do pose a good question. Why did he want that toradol shot?

i dont recall his surgeon admitting to nsac about that. didnt they say pac was fine when they filled out his medical? and that was so that the fight wont get cancelled.

and why would he need that shot if he wasnt truly injured? i know you're not falling for the "he wanted the shot to numb the punches from floyd" when we all know floyd aint a heavy puncher.

He tweaked his shoulder during training camp. He went to the surgeon to get treated, and they gave him toradol and lidocaine. The surgeon stated that it was an aggravation of an old injury but nothing out of the ordinary for a fighter. He was treated and back to full strength going into the fight.

On fight night, the doctor was about to shoot Manny up with Toradol but the commission stopped him. They checked out Manny and noticed no sign of an injury. They questioned the doctor who said Manny didn't need the shot.

So the question I have is why would they try to use toradol to numb Pacquiao's entire body for an injury that everyone involved said he didn't have at the time? Why wouldn't they just use lidocaine to numb specifically his shoulder.

My guess is that Pacquiao wanted the shot because maybe he got used to fighting with it and felt good with it. lol. Just like the NFL boys love playing while being shot up on toradol. It makes you feel amazing. Doesn't make it legal to do, tho.

on the night of the fight, the doctor wasnt about to shoot manny. in fact, team pac asked for it first (like how it should be done). as mention, they did not disclose the injury because they didnt want the fight to be cancelled.

and i think the fighter would know more about the pain he's getting than say the doctor. so when was the last fight manny that he got shot up with toradol since you said he got used to fighting with it?

and if he was able to use it before, why wasnt he able to use it now? and if he didnt disclose it before, why would he disclose it now that he wanted the shot? so you admit the injury wasnt fake then.
