this is the current IBF rankings.....

    a) only 1 genuine contender, who has already failed to win a vacant title, and will never become a genuine middleweight champion.....

other than Golovkin, he is their best fighter by far..... so will therefore likely get his 3rd shot at a vacant IBF title immediately after losing to Golovkin loooool

    b) 1 ex-champion who will likely take the easy route to securing a "title", immediately after insisting that fighting Andrade and Charlo made "no sense" LMAO.....

    c) a pile of fighters that nobody ever heard of

you judge something by it's merits..... the IBF rankings are rubbish, and yet..... they just barged up on stage, grabbed the mic, and demanded that Canelo fight a guy who just LOST..... thereby killing potential Canelo fights with Andrade and Charlo

    they are clearly second-rate

the guy who said this, was 100% correct.....
Are you aware that Canelo's team was given a THIRTY day grace period in which they could request a VOLUNTARY defense if they wanted? They could have easily done that and fought whoever they wanted. But they didn't, why?

      Because they're entitled to 35%.

all of the problems started with talk about fighting Kovalev

I know there was talk that Canelo/Kovalev would happen at the FULL limit of 175, but I highly doubt it to be honest

Canelo would be fkn ****** to fight Kovalev at 175, and I have no interest in a catchweight..... Smith at 168 would be a much more credible opponent..... but like you said, there are two credible opponents at 160

it was easy to point out that Golovkin clearly ducked Derevyanchenko, simply by his selection of Vanes..... but Canelo will fight someone MUCH better than old/inactive Vanes, he will probably fight someone better than Derevyanchenko in December

Callum Smith let slip that he was told to 'prepare for December' even before GBP started discussions with Kovalev, so he could still be on the table
Id be more than happy to see Canelo Smith. That really would be a fascinating fight, and Canelo would get major props from me if he took it. Saunders, Andrade, Charlo, even Eubank jnr (dont laugh). These are the young guys whod make good fights. Like you say Kovalev at 175, too big for Canelo, and a drained Kovalev, no real credit there. Ive got a funny feeling about that Yarde fight. Although hes done literally nothing, hes looked powerful doing it, he is athletic, and could just do an Alvarez to Kovalev. Anyway, id like to see Canelo stay in hes division, theres so many good fights to be had. Some of these guys need to get together. It all seems like a massive waste of talent at the moment.

GGG is getting paid well high profile fight or not so it doesn't really matter who he fights at this point in his career.
If that's the case I am keen for it, GGG doesn't have a tonne of options atm so Derevyanchenko would be a good enough fight, would have preferred Andrade or Canelo trilogy but. I just don't think Derevyanchenko is that good but a title fight is a title fight.

LMAO, in comparison with the WBA that has 48 champions in every division?

The WBC title that allows people to step over mandatories whenever they want and invents new belts for the hell of it?

And the WBO, which shouldn't even be considered a real belt?

Yeah, Derevyechenko lost in a competitive fight, so what?

            Please.

Jerkoff, the WBA has Arsen Goulamirian, Manuel Charr and Trevor Bryan walking around with belts and I'm supposed to be mad because the IBF allowed a guy in Derevyechenko, who lost a split decision to a guy in Danny Jacobs who I think beat Golovkin, when he was considered P4P king by many in 2017 to have another shot?

                  Stop it.

Your hatred of GGG is clouding your judgement.

It's not ideal, but it's better than what other orgs are doing.

it is shlt, you lover of losers

the WBO would have ordered Andrade

the WBC would have ordered Charlo

both are better than a guy who just LOST !!

you Golovkin fans have shltty standards and low expectations
