He had a mandatory to appease and Povetkin was striped of that position.
The court case has nothing to do with it.
Everyone knows Shelly protected Wlad, y'all sad.Comment

LOL, Finkel said Wilder was just a baby and was not ready for Wlad. And yet you say he was protecting Wlad from Wilder. Wilder never wanted to fight Povetkin and he got out of it. Fishy it always seems to happen like that.Comment

You protect your investments.
Wilder's a baby not ready for Wlad sure sounds like Wlad protection not Wilder promotion. Sounds like throwing Deontay under a bus for Wlad's benefit to me.
Like a Hearn excuse.
The truth is Wlad never fought a vol as champion. He fought mandos his entire career. Wilder was never made Wlad's mandatory challenger and that's why Wlad never fought him. Everything else is just talk.Comment

Yeah you are very wrong. Everybody knows Finkel was not wanting to risk Wilder in with Wlad. There is no way of twisting Finkels words to say he was protecting Wlad from Wilder. It was quite clearly the other way round and looking at both fighters resumes it becomes even more clear which fighter he was protecting. You protect your investments.

Personally i agreed with Finkel, even though Wilder had had over 30 fights as a pro at that stage and had just become a world champion it would of been a dumb move to have him squashed by Wlad. But your trying to tell us it was actually the other way around? What a load of nonesense, no way are people swallowing that BS, But it wont stop people like you trying.Comment

Who did Wlad not fight? What big names passed Wlad by? Look at Wilders resume. What big names has Wilder fought? What big names didnt pass him by?
The resumes of both fighters tell us everything we need to know, and if that wasnt enough Finkels words regarding the fight were even more clear.
To claim Finkel protected Wlad from Wilder is just embarrassing really. Im struggling to believe you actually feel you are speaking the truth, there is no way you can mean what you are saying here.Comment

it wasnt fake...in fact eddie hearn confirmed his questions about the money were satisfied.....i like how you guys rewrite history and make up your ownComment

It wasnt the money that Eddie was concerned with, it was the complete lack of terms and conditions. He asked for them and Finkel wouldnt show them.Comment
