I will agree with that except the "bums" part. Don't consider top 15 guys "bums" but he will need to step up comp to become a star.

If he's a champ then he needs to fight at most top 5 guys and aim at other belts. Top 15 is no more his level.

Like I said I agree I just dont consider them "bums". Most people that use that word to describe even top 20 guys are not one of the 50 best at what they do in they're own state, much less the world.
