I like both fighters. I did enjoy the fight, it was competitive but there was a clear winner regardless of the BS split decision. I bet Pacquiao would like to look at another belt. To me the obvious choice is Spence. Although personally that is a step too far for Pacquiao right now although its a risky fight.

But i see whats going on here, the script was for Thurman to win here, commentators getting twitchy for Thurman all night even when he was getting a bit of a kicking, the fact it was split, CLEAR WINNER, and then there was the Fox recap vid that didnt show the knock down and made it look like Thurman was schooling him.

So Thurman lost his belt when it was meant to be the other way round and they would prefer that he tried to get it back and i presume they dont really care what Pacquiao wants even though he is the biggest star they have on their books.

Seems like Mayweather promotions is taking the Golden Boy route with how they fed all there fighters to floyd... PBC/ Mayweather promotions are throwing all there fighters to Manny... With Ellerbe playing the Richard Schaefer role.

100% Al brought MP in to give his 147 fighters a older name opponent that would pose a manageable amount of risk. I think the absolute worst case scenario for Al would be if Pac somehow pulls off a win against Spence.

All these fool is trying to do is to soften Pacquiao up, so when his butt buddy Floyd is ready to come back and make $100 million dollars on the rematch, he's got an even more tired, battled drained and older Manny.

Pure nonsense. Pac has been fighting at 147 for over half decade. He is what he is. 147!!

Another thing Floyd is retired so how can you mention him and Manny being the best of this era... Floyd era is over with... his window is shut unless he is really considering coming back to fight Manny in the rematch!

Sign me up! I'm down for it. Their first fight was a close, crowd pleasing, hotly contested and highly entertaining fight where both guys gave as good as they got.

Close fight & Manny won't fight Errol or Bud. DSG/Pac would be good & so would the rematch.
