Ruiz Says Rematch Isn't Happening In The UK

I heard that as well, definitely sounded legitimate, as in he seemed to let it slip accidentally. Hearn previously said another country made an offer also, would have to be UK, US or maybe Mexico as a long shot, surely nowhere else would be in the running.
Did Hearn say within 48 hours they would notify Ruiz?
Also after hearing Andy in that podcast he comes across as a likeable guy, if not really the sharpest tool in the shed. I didn't know he had 5 kids, at 28, Jesus Christ, and buying a Rolls Royce when before the fight he was really struggling, but had a Porsche Panamara, dude I hope he has a good business manager.Comment

Need to know basis.
Andy getting out the calculator to see how much it costs him to sit at the big boys table.Comment

I doubt it'll be in Nigeria or anything like that, fighters tend to take vanity fights in weird locales like that when they're riding high in their careers, not when they're trying to climb back up after a setback. If it's not in the UK then it'll probably be at MSG again, in fact I could have swore that Joshua made some comment to the effect that he wants to set the record straight by doing everything over again, although I could be misremembering. I doubt Ruiz will have too much of an issue with going to London or Cardiff to fight if they pay him enough, he want to Auckland to fight Parker after all. Ultimately it's hard to say what'll happen without being knowing the specific wording of the rematch clause from the first fight.Comment

I suppose it could be Mexico too. Andy did say his training camp would be in Mexico also.
Idek. I'm sorta over these announcements of an announcement. Andy did mention it should be out soon, but I don't recall if he mentioned a specific time table either.Did Hearn say within 48 hours they would notify Ruiz?
Yea absolutely a good guy & yea I think he's legit just been into boxing & not reading a lot of books n sh^t in his day. Also after hearing Andy in that podcast he comes across as a likeable guy, if not really the sharpest tool in the shed.
He mentioned it on the podcast & I was reading an article pre-Joshua fight but I think they weren't exactly hurting pre-Joshua fight landing on his lap. His dad has his own house building business & that year Andy was awol he was working with his dad. They sell the homes & they rent some of them out I guess. I'm assuming the Ruiz family is doing pretty alright between the ROI on the houses + that monthly rent they got coming in.I didn't know he had 5 kids, at 28, Jesus Christ, and buying a Rolls Royce when before the fight he was really struggling, but had a Porsche Panamara, dude I hope he has a good business manager.Comment

Makes sense. People are claiming Whyte may have had a TUE for dbol.
No idea what the **** has to be wrong with you to get some dbol though. Maybe UKAD just has a bunch of TUE forms on the wall like how places have suggestion forms. Take one down, fill it out and wait for them to stamp it approvedComment

There's no TUE for dbol.
I listen to a few UK boxing podcasts & they were b^tching & moaning about this like every other non-UK boxing fanboy has been & one of them looked into this theory apparently. This is a banned substance that'd only be used for gaining an edge.
Plus logically if they were giving out TUE's for anabolic steriods he'd have disclosed it previously to being tested & it'd never had become a positive test & none of this drama goes down in the first place.Comment
