crawford is another weight bully. was 168 lbs on fight night at 140 lbs!!!!! ridiculous. his real weight class is 154 and he will look ordinary without the height reach and weigth advantage.

Brian Castano lost his WBA regular belt that a fight Crawford could have made

Carlos Adames is now next in line on the IBF maybe if he can get Hurd/Willian winner and beat then , Crawford can move up

That would be a sad sight. After seeing what Dennis "Hulk" Hogan did against Munguia, it's obvious Crawford would just annihilate him.

Would be a good move by Crawford, because he’d become Munguia’s mandatory just by moving up.

And he’d Slaughter him, and he’d look like an unstoppable welterweight if he moved back down after.

He would be in the same position he is in now

He probably can win the WBO Belt at 154 but after that, he is literally right back in the exact same position he is in now

I find that difficult to believe.

Crawford has been a weight bully, true but I don't think his ring weight has changed much since he was in the mid-low 150s for his lightweight fights. Crawford is a welter, probably will be one from here on out. He's Floyd sized, so he might dabble at 154 but that is all.

Some interesting thoughts. So the best he could hope for is to get WBO at 154 before he gets frozen out again by Uncle AL.

Bud’s Manager screwed up his legacy, thought about the dollars signs instead of dollar signs and legacy!

Any smart manager would’ve told Bud to see what Haymon can offer and take it!

By now he’d fight Danny or Porter! But then again Haymon has had a hard time with getting Spence fights with his fellow compatriots until now!

Bud is slowly being lowered on the p4p lists too, he was number 1 for me but he’s at #4 now!

Thurman/Porter 2 was supposed to happen, until Porter beat Danny. That shifted the landscape because Danny lost his motivation to fight the top guys. Gave interviews about it. And Porter no longer had a reason to fight Keef outside of unification, which really wouldn't be a thing unless Keef beat Manny, which he didn't. At this point I can only see Thurman/Danny 2, Thurman/Broner, Thurman/Ugas or Thurman/Khan. Would like to see a rematch with Manny, but that's not in Manny's best interest.

Porter fighting Spence makes perfect sense because of the IBF history. It's a chance for Porter to gain back the title he almost shouldn't have lost and a chance for Spence to beat arguably one of the best guys out there right now. Plus Porter isn't coming off a loss - even though I felt Ugas did enough, it's a win in the books.

Two top guys coming off wins with a shared IBF history and a chance to unify two belts. It's a throwback fight and I love it.

Manny winning full WBA can only mean he's next for the winner. None of these guys are getting any younger.

Then as the WBO continues to dissolve into obscurity, we'll see more announcements about whoever being now the "Unified" and possibly the return of Lineal to the welterweight division.

It's an exciting time. Not the same as the Floyd/Manny era, but still an exciting time. And no matter what anyone says, it's all thanks to Al Haymon.
