No, just killers like Rocky "Fall down" Fielding.

He wants to fight Kovalev ... 36 years old, 3 losses in his last 6 fights, with an alcohol problem, but is ignoring call outs from Bivol, who even offered to go down to 168 for him.

But that's ok, Ca$hnelo earns more money than any other fighter, so he can do no wrong

It's astonishing to see boxing fans behaving like females looking for a husband .. worshiping a guy because of his bank balance.

GGG and Canelo were both paid well for easy intro fights with DAZN.

GGG got Rolls and Canelo got Fielding. The idea was obviously to set up a fight between GGG and the winner of Canelo vs Jacobs.

GGG was ready to keep his side of the bargain, but Canelo wasn't.

... this "Derevyanchenko situation" just shows that Canelo signed a very good contract... even if he makes "only" $25-30 million...

Simply stated what's been publicly available about the deal.

So when Canelo signed with DAZN, was it made publicly available that his first fight would be Rocky Fielding for $15million, then $35million each for whoever else after that??

I think you're right. Golovkin kicked Alvarez when he was down and he hasn't forgotten.
But only a diva would use "hurt pride" as an excuse not to fight his main rival and #1 contender.
I'm sure Alvarez is OK with hurting GGG financially and also with delaying the fight another year.
Just maybe Alvarez is also happy walking away 1-0-1, and thinks he's got nothing to gain with a 3rd fight.

All these big names in boxing are divas to some extent. Idk that you can make 8 digits a fight & not be more diva-ish then the average pro boxer.

I do agree with 2nd bolded remark you made. When Canelo had the draw vs GGG he needed GGG more than he needs him now when he's 1-0-1 vs GGG. I suspect if he'd lost the rematch things would be very different. Thats an angle I think Team GGG is also discounting.

If GGG is smart he'd walkback that PED sh^t he said + realize he's gonna have to bend a lil more for the 3rd fight since he's ultimately 0 for 2 vs Canelo. His chances of getting the 3rd fight sooner rather than later go up if he does that.

GGG priced himself out of this fight the second he started to cry about moving the fight away from Vegas. He knew that was non-negotiable.

Golovkin is in no different a spot; he's signed for a 6 fight deal, with five fights at one agreed to rate, and a possible Alvarez fight set at a different rate.
Because both parties agreed to it.
